Maintain Your
Ceramic Coating

A few simple habits keep your coating performing at its best — protecting your paint and preserving that deep, glossy finish for years.

First 14 days · Curing

Immediately After Application

Do not wash the vehicle or let it get wet for 14 days — this is the curing period where the coating bonds to the paint.
Keep the car out of rain, sprinklers, and car washes during this time.
Avoid parking under trees — sap and bird droppings can damage the uncured coating.

Day 14 onward · Routine care

Ongoing Washing

Always use the two-bucket wash method — one for soapy water, one for rinsing your mitt.
Use a pH neutral car shampoo — never dish soap or harsh detergents.
Wash in the shade and never on a hot surface.
Use a microfiber wash mitt — never a sponge or brush on painted surfaces.
Rinse the car thoroughly before washing to remove loose dirt first.
